Herne Bay Pier Sunset
When I lived in Herne Bay I lived right on the coast, I spent many hours either sat at my window or on the beach just watching. I would watch the tides come in and out, the weather changing, the birds, the sun, the wind turbines, boats etc… the list is endless. But late one night, when the sun was setting I watched a lady skip up the wet sands where the tide had gone out. She looked like she was in a world of her own, not a care in the world. I could only make out the silhouetted figure, but she moved like she was having fun. She stopped occasionally and appeared to study things and then slowly disappeared into the darkness.
